Brufen retard belongs to a group of medicines called anti-Inflammatory pain killers. It can be used to relieve pain and inflammation in conditions such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis (Including juvenile rheumatoid arthritis or still'S disease), arthritis of the spine, ankylosing spondylitis, swollen joints, frozen shoulder, bursitis, tendinitis, tenosynovitis, lower back pain, sprains and strains.

Adults / Children Above 12 Years

With a glass of water, it is best to take the tablets early in the evening before bed. With or after food. The dose will depend on the condition adults and children over 12 years of age: the recommended doses are 1200-1800 mg per day in divided doses. In severe cases it may be beneficial to increase the dose until the serious condition is controlled, provided that the total daily dose does not exceed 2,400 mg in divided doses.
